How to find new Customers?

There are many ways of attracting and finding new customers. Some are tried and tested others are a bit hit and miss.

A simple solution
By using your own database of contacts you will be able to extract relevant information to help identify client information like:- what they buy, where they buy, how much, and in what area of the country/county.

Email addresses and postcodes are very important, plus all regular updates should contain this information.

This information should be guarded with your life, regularly updated, amended and extraced into your major marketing activity.

For this exercise you will need a map with street names etc, plot the areas of your customers from your database. Build up the map with your chosen customers highlighted with hot spots and soon this will define the areas most concentrated for your business. These are called hot spots.

These hot spots will give you a target area for your marketing strategy.This tells you that similar areas will have the same demographic profile and can be targeted with your marketing.

Finally
Create a marketing strategy and start communicating with them straight away.
